Eftersom 2005 PRRI har været aktivt involveret i partskonferencerne ('Politibetjente') til konventionen om biologisk mangfoldighed (CBD), partsmøderne ('MOP'er') til Cartagena-protokollen om biosikkerhed (CPB) og partsmøder ('MOP'er') til Nagoya-protokollen om adgang og deling af fordele (NP-ABS).
