Καθ.. Ο Dale υπηρέτησε ως ο πρώτος Πρόεδρος του PRRI από 2004 να 2006. PRRI members of the first hour remember how in his acceptance speech he passionately explained why PRRI was needed to channel the many ‘residual questions and concerns’ about regulations that so many scientists had.

Καθ.. Dale’s gentle way of communicating and his unwavering support for science and research set the tone for PRRI’s modus operandi in the international arena.
