PRRIના માનદ સભ્ય પ્રો. એમેરિટસ ફિલિપ જોન ડેલનું નિધન થયું 6 વર્ષનો બારમો મહિનો 2023.

પ્રો. ડેલે થી PRRI ના પ્રથમ પ્રમુખ તરીકે સેવા આપી હતી 2004 માટે 2006. PRRI members of the first hour remember how in his acceptance speech he passionately explained why PRRI was needed to channel the many ‘residual questions and concerns’ about regulations that so many scientists had.
