Membre honoraire du PRRI Prof. L'émérite Philip John Dale est décédé le 6 Décembre 2023.

Prof. Dale a été le premier président du PRRI depuis 2004 à 2006. PRRI members of the first hour remember how in his acceptance speech he passionately explained why PRRI was needed to channel the many ‘residual questions and concerns’ about regulations that so many scientists had.

Prof. Dale’s gentle way of communicating and his unwavering support for science and research set the tone for PRRI’s modus operandi in the international arena.
