ՄԱԿ-ի կենսաբազմազանության կոնֆերանս 2024 ներառում է:

• որ Կենսաբազմազանության մասին կոնվենցիայի Կողմերի համաժողովի տասնվեցերորդ հանդիպումը (CBD-COP16),
• որ Կողմերի կոնֆերանսի տասնմեկերորդ հանդիպումը, որը ծառայում է որպես Կենսաանվտանգության մասին Կարտախենայի արձանագրության կողմերի հանդիպում (CPB-MOP11), իսկ

ՄԱԿ-ի կենսաբազմազանության կոնֆերանս 2024 serves as a key forum for global negotiations on biodiversity, biosafety, and equitable genetic resource sharing, aimed at advancing the objectives of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), its protocols, and the Global Biodiversity Framework. Public research organisations such as PRRI play a indispensable role in these discussions by advocating for science-based policies, enhancing collaboration, and supporting innovation.

PRRI-ի անդամների մասնակցության հիմնական նպատակը COP-ներին և MOP-ներին համաժամանակյա մնալն է – և տեղեկացված պահեք PRRI-ի հետաքրքրված անդամներին – միջազգային բանակցությունների զարգացումներին, և սեղանին ձայն բերել, որն ընդգծում է գիտությունը, նորարարություն, և ապացույցների վրա հիմնված լուծումներ CBD-ի և դրա արձանագրությունների նպատակներին. In the preparation for and participation UN Biodiversity Conferences PRRI closely collaborates with other member organisations of the Կենսաբազմազանության ինովացիոն կոալիցիա.

PRRI delegates focused on building strong collaborative relationships, and also participated actively in the Academia and Research caucus, in which COOPMOP2024 delegates registered under ‘Academia and Research’ collaborate (Ա&R contacts: Audrey Wagner (audrey.wagner @ biology.ox.ac.uk) and Hannah Nicholas (hannah.nicholas @ biology.ox.ac.uk).
