Që prej 2005 PRRI ka qenë i përfshirë në mënyrë aktive në Konferencat e Palëve ("Policët") të Konventës për Diversitetin Biologjik (CBD), Takimet e Palëve ("MOPs") në Protokollin e Kartagjenës për Biosigurinë (CPB) dhe Takimet e Palëve ("MOPs") në Protokollin e Nagoya mbi aksesin dhe ndarjen e përfitimeve (NP-ABS).
