December 9, 2022PRRI Steering Committee member Dr. Behzad Ghareyazie passed away on 6 June 2021.
Dr. Ghareyazie joined PRRI in 2007 and has quickly gained the deep respect of the members of PRRI for his scientific accomplishments, for his unwavering advocacy of science, and for his communication skills.
The scientific community as well as humanity will miss a wonderful, amicable person and a champion in the defense of science. His achievements will never be forgotten.
